FAQs

What does a weekly check-in look like?

In your Client Welcome Packet, you will receive instructions for how to take pictures, a template for weekly progress, and other details. It’s a quick, repetitive process where you have the chance to ask questions.

How soon will I see progress?

This is all up to you. I can build you a program with your goals at the center, but I can only lead a horse to water! Fitness and strength training are really a reap what you sow.

Do you prioritize protein in your nutrition guidance?

Yes! I work with you to create a suggested nutrition scheme that prioritizes protein. Protein is the foundation for any muscle growth.

What does a training program look like?

Each program I create is different depending on your goals. Each person is different, brings different skill levels, and preferences for moving their body. In our kick-off call, we discuss your goals and concerns. I then incorporate these into your specially designed program.
