As a second-year attorney with a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I quickly learned to find balance between my wellness and professional goals.
As a highly driven individual, I realize the value that prioritizing wellness brings to any career. The mind is constantly at work in a highly demanding occupation and excellent work product requires a mental break.
Wellness is more than making your body feel good. For me, it’s an outlet that helps me manage my mental health. It’s finding a connection to my Higher Power by devoting time and energy toward taking care of my body and mind.
It’s finding time for myself amidst the accelerated lives we are forced to live.

It all begins with an honest conversation. We sit down and take an inventory of your time to maximize every second of it. Then, we discuss your wellness goals and how we can achieve them.
Dream it
For some, wellness goals include working on nutrition and sleep habits, water intake, or even gaining muscle. Whatever your dream, we work together to define those goals so you can achieve them.
Build it
After we discuss your dreams, I create a program catered to your goals. Then it becomes a matter of trusting the process. This takes time and consistency. But how do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. It all adds up.
